How Are We Doing?

I stopped in Lubbock Texas for the night on my way back home and my car would not start the next morning. I called HCB and they got me back on the road all under 30minutes! I highly recommend to anyone that is in need of their services! Wish we had them back home!

I was stranded at work no way to start my car, Hub City Batteries came to me! Incredible service, knowledgeable, very friendly, reasonable, and explained everything that was going to take place during the battery replacement process. In approximately 30 minutes or less the battery was removed and replaced. I will definitely use Hub City Batteries again if needed!

My car died shortly from being boosted and I was lucky enough to push it street side without any oncoming traffic. I called Hub City Batteries and Sal answered and before 30 minutes of closing he showed up and was able to test my battery! I just bought my car and the meter wasn't all the way empty (I needed gas) but it was strange for my Volvo to die so quickly. Super happy with the assurance and customer service!
